Position SummaryThe Transformation Sr. Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives across the Barcel USA Supply Chain organization. This role manages end-to-end project delivery, drives process optimization, develops business cases, and ensures the successful implementation of initiatives that improve service, profitability, operational efficiency, and supply chain capabilities.This Sr. Manager serves as a change agent, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to accelerate transformation initiatives that span multiple business functions and geographic regions.
