Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Supply Chain Threat Intelligence Analyst to provide technical and analytical support to the FAA's SCRM program. The role embeds in a small Threat Intelligence Team to assess FOCI, tech transfer risks, and geopolitical trends affecting the aviation supply chain.

The analyst uses OSINT and corporate registries to evaluate vendors, monitor threat feeds, and produce actionable intelligence for leadership. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Intelligence Studies, National Security, Logistics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IT, CS, CE, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years as an Intelligence Analyst or related risk management/IT/cybersecurity roles.
• Analytical Capability: Experience using corporate registries, databases, and OSINT techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with due diligence or corporate intelligence platforms and/or data modeling.
• Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into executive briefs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive threat analysis of foreign suppliers and hardware manufacturers to identify nation-state activity and trends.
• Screen vendors using OSINT and corporate registries for FOCI indicators and technology transfer threats.
• Monitor threat feeds and geopolitical shifts to identify and mitigate supply chain risks for FAA programs.
• Support insider risk by analyzing personnel concerns and anomalous vendor behaviors.
• Evaluate threat vectors including hardware/software modifications and counterfeit components.
• Produce actionable Supplier Threat Profiles and Country Risk Profiles for leadership.
• Formulate performance metrics and program reports for executives.
• Maintain relationships with TSA, FBI, DHS, CISA, and IC, and coordinate SCRM training.
