Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
• 8+ years as an Intelligence Analyst or in related risk management roles.
• Experience using corporate registries, databases, and OSINT to investigate structures and evaluate FOCI.
• Proficiency with due diligence platforms (Sayari, Altana, Interos, Maltego).
• Ability to translate complex risk data into clear executive briefs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive threat analysis of foreign suppliers and vendors to identify activity and strategic trends.
• Screen prospective FAA vendors using OSINT and registries for FOCI indicators and tech transfer risks.
• Monitor threat feeds and geopolitical shifts to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Support insider risk programs by analyzing personnel concerns and anomalous vendor behaviors.
• Evaluate threats including hardware/software modifications and counterfeit components.
• Synthesize data to produce Supplier and Country Risk Profiles and threat advisories.
• Formulate performance metrics and reports for executive leadership.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders (CIO, CISA, FBI, DHS, IC).
• Coordinate SCRM training and awareness campaigns for acquisition personnel.
