Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Threat Intelligence Analyst to provide analytical support to the FAA's Counterintelligence SCRM program.

You will evaluate foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI), and assess threats to aviation suppliers using OSINT and corporate registries. Embedded in a small threat intelligence team, you will deliver actionable intelligence products, brief executives, and support vendor vetting, risk assessment, and incident response across the FAA enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of intelligence analysis or related risk management experience.
• Experience with OSINT, corporate registries, and FOI indicators.
• Ability to translate complex risk data into executive briefs and reports.
• Proficiency with due diligence platforms and corporate intelligence data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive threat analysis of foreign suppliers and hardware manufacturers to identify nation-state activity and strategic threat trends.
• Screen prospective FAA vendors using OSINT and corporate registries to evaluate FOCI indicators and technology transfer threats.
• Monitor threat feeds, nation-state activities, and geopolitical shifts to identify and mitigate strategic supply chain risks.
• Support the FAA Insider Risk Program by analyzing personnel concerns and anomalous vendor behavior.
• Evaluate threat vectors including malicious hardware or software modifications and counterfeit components.
• Synthesize data to produce Supplier Threat Profiles, Country Risk Profiles, and timely threat alerts for FAA leadership.
• Formulate performance metrics and program reports for executive leadership.
• Maintain relationships with FAA CIO, CISA, FBI, DHS, and the IC.
• Coordinate and facilitate SCRM training for acquisition personnel and program offices.
