Job summary

ALOM is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS within our Indianapolis area operations. You will connect business needs with engineering execution to deliver compliant, high‑visibility supply chain solutions.

You will develop charters, manage risks, guide stakeholders, and drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and AI‑enabled tooling. ALOM offers growth, training, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology, with at least 3+ years in program/project management.
• In‑depth knowledge of at least two of ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS systems (hands‑on preferred).
• Experience with AI/automation tools and evaluating ROI.
• Lean/Six Sigma/BPR methodologies applied to real workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex programs from initiation to go‑live.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• PMP/PgMP and/or Six Sigma/Lean certifications preferred; familiarity with system modernization.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s a plus; familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk, scope, and change control across multiple workstreams; drive design decisions to closure.
• Create documentation outlining as‑is and to‑be processes for evaluation and decisions.
• Understand internal processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement changes.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP systems and integration layers.
• Perform research to scope processes, recommend products, and contribute to system designs.
• Ensure clean data flow across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS, with focus on order lifecycle handoffs.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop roadmaps for features.
• Partner with IT and vendors to translate requirements into specs and timelines.
• Drive visibility and delivery planning for engineering, including backlog and UAT.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to redesign workflows before adding new tech.
• Develop training materials and SOP documentation.
