Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Senior Engineer, Supply Chain Systems to lead large-scale system implementations within the North America region, including SAP S/4HANA upgrades. You will partner with IT and business teams to optimize processes and improve system utilization across the supply chain.

You will drive governance, user adoption, and capability building, mentoring Power Users and stakeholders while ensuring projects meet global standards and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations or systems integration.
• 2+ years of hands-on project management and change management.
• Expert-level SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems with integration skills (e.g., Kinaxis, TM9, EDI).
• Advanced analytics with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Domo, or Python.
• Deep expertise in logistics/warehousing, manufacturing, or Order-to-Invoice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain system implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA upgrades) aligning with global standards.
• Drive process improvements and scalable tech solutions to reduce manual work and boost system use.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and Global IT to build business cases and manage risks.
• Oversee SLA-driven IT support and perform root-cause analysis to prevent disruptions.
• Develop Power Users and share best practices to raise digital literacy across NA Hill’s supply chain.
