Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Manager for GSC Logistics Systems in Piscataway, NJ. You will shape the global logistics technology roadmap, focusing on SAP S/4HANA (EWM/WMS, TM) and analytics platforms to optimize transport and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities include leading integration standards, driving warehouse automation, and delivering governance dashboards for executive KPIs while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing logistics and supply chain systems in global environments.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA with EWM/WMS and TM, and EDI/API architectures.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, Sigma or Domo for governance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate global logistics digital roadmap aligning tech with end‑to‑end supply chain goals.
• Partner with GPOs to build business cases and evaluate technology.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA integration for warehouse automation and inventory accuracy.
• Lead governance of EDI and real-time APIs with carriers and 3PLs.
