Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five years of finance experience, ideally in multinational manufacturing/CPG with cost accounting.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, systems, and processes.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs.

Aufgaben

• Month-End variances review, ME PPV reports, and cost reclassifications.
• Manage inventory, safety stock, and disposal processes; address SLOB risks.
• Maintain asset register; manage Idle Asset Ageing and capitalization requests.
• Support MWIP reviews, cross-site counts, asset tagging, and write-offs.
• Ensure SOX compliance; update master data; correct CM reporting errors.
• Lead quarterly cost updates; ensure active SKUs are costed; support costing efforts.
• Review spend files for MYR/COS calculations and verify credits.
• Reconcile accruals, monitor long-term receivables, and assist GL activities.
