Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Manager, GSC Logistics Systems in Piscataway, NJ. You will lead global logistics digital initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA (WMS/EWM, TM) and data analytics to optimize transportation and warehousing.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure robust processes, governance, and adoption of new tools, with hybrid work and up to 10% travel. Salary range $109,600–$155,000 USD, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or IS.
• 5+ years in managing logistics systems in global environments.
• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA (EWM/WMS, TM) or equivalent ERP + EDI/API.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAC) and governance dashboards.
• Project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and delivery frameworks.
• Can translate roadmaps to strategic decisions for executives.
• Ability to drive end-to-end process improvements across supply chain.
• Proven adoption of new processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate global logistics digital roadmap.
• Build business cases with GPOs and align stakeholders.
• Design S/4HANA integration for warehouse automation.
• Lead B2B integration standards (EDI, real-time APIs).
• Partner with IT for cybersecurity and data protection.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and internal controls.
• Support analytics for freight spend and KPIs.
• Manage incident response and continuous improvement.
