Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst for Supply Chain in Hodges, SC. You will drive cost accounting, inventory governance, and fixed asset oversight for multiple facilities, influencing pricing and expense control through SAP-driven insights.

Requirement includes a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting, with strong SAP and Advanced Excel skills. Travel to Sanford, Maine is expected a couple times yearly. On-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Cost Accounting, Plant Finance, or GL in manufacturing/CPG.
• Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and fixed asset accounting.

Responsibilities

• Execute product costing, annual CO budget planning, and cost revisions while analyzing actual vs. budget variances.
• Lead month-end CO closing, allocate overhead costs across processing stages, and manage inventory reserves (including SLOB).
• Oversee end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, capitalization, retirements, and depreciation forecasting.
• Perform internal control assessments, maintain audit-ready documentation, and mitigate financial risk per SOX.
• Utilize SAP tools and data analytics to resolve cost center discrepancies and prepare monthly costing reports.
• Serve as the lead financial partner for the Sanford, Maine manufacturing facility.
