Job summary

Responsibilities

Select, develop and motivate personnel; provide career development and coaching.
Lead cross-functional teams using spend data analytics and cost modeling to identify opportunities.
Act as change agent to drive continuous improvement and engagement.
Develop long-term category/department plans and roadmaps with Category Managers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs for supply chain.
Ensure strong sourcing, negotiating, and contracting strategies to meet goals.
