Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or satisfactory equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Minimum 4 years in a managerial/supervisory position

Responsibilities

• Direct a team and manage procurement operations for user departments
• Oversee development of procurement strategies and vendor negotiations
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and regulations, and provide management reporting
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
