Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Target Security Specialist to lead security and safety at a supply chain facility. You will prevent theft, manage risk, and coordinate with stores and supply chain partners to protect people and assets.

You will operate vehicle patrols, assist in emergency procedures, and support onboarding of new Asset Protection team members, ensuring documentation is up to date.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other requirements related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a physical security and safety culture at a Target supply chain facility.
• Identify, prevent and investigate theft and shortage using technology and partnerships.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols.
• Lead or support projects contributing to enterprise-wide assets protection initiatives.
• Execute emergency procedures and onboarding of new Asset Protection team members.
