Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Target Security Specialist (STSS) to lead physical security across our supply chain facilities. You will implement security programs, prevent theft, and coordinate with stores, warehouses and supply chain partners to protect guests and assets.

You will operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols, assist with onboarding of Asset Protection team members, and respond to emergencies. Strong crisis response and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations.
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead security culture and protect assets across the supply chain facilities.
• Mitigate shortage risks, prevent and investigate theft and fraud.
• Coordinate with stores, supply chain and partners to ensure product availability.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols.
• Support onboarding of new Asset Protection team members and maintain routine documentation.
