Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm during crisis situations.
• Valid driver's license for state employment.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other requirements related to the position.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Operate technology systems after training.
• Reliable and prompt attendance.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• De-escalation training eligibility.
• Conduct internal and external patrols and respond to incidents.
