Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Target Security Specialist (STSS) to lead security for a Target supply chain facility. You will drive a safety culture, manage procedures, and coordinate with store and supply chain partners to prevent theft and ensure guest and team safety.

The role requires crisis response skills, ability to work nights, operate security equipment and vehicles, and onboarding new team members. Compliance with safety standards and documentation in case systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong crisis response and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information and communicate clearly.
• Valid driver's license required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security and safety culture at a Target supply chain facility.
• Execute emergency procedures and coordinate incident response.
• Mentor and support Asset Protection team members and projects.
• Perform yard and perimeter patrols and operate security technology.
• Document cases using case management systems.
