Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Target Security Specialist to lead physical security for its supply chain facilities and to execute routines that identify and prevent theft. You will leverage technology, partner with stores and the supply chain, and manage security programs while operating company vehicles for patrols.

You will also contribute to crisis procedures, onboard new team members, and maintain documentation to support enterprise-wide assets protection initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent and willingness to obtain required licensure.
• Experience in loss prevention, shortage mitigation, or security is preferred.
• Ability to operate security systems and equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a physical security and safety culture for supply chain facilities.
• Identify, prevent and investigate theft and shortage through programs.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols.
• Support onboarding of new Asset Protection team members.
• Review and update routine security documentation as needed.
