Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Target Security Specialist to lead physical security and safety at a supply chain facility. You will execute routines to prevent theft, supervise patrols, and guide security initiatives across the site.

You will manage incident response, document cases, and support onboarding of new Asset Protection team members while collaborating with cross-functional partners. A high school degree is required, with a valid driver’s license and strong crisis-management abilities.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations.
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; valid driver’s license required.
• Able to operate and train on powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift).
• Able to meet state/local licensure and other position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations at a Target supply chain facility and manage safety culture.
• Coordinate patrol routines and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Inspect and maintain documentation for security cases using standard systems.
• Support onboarding of Asset Protection team members and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives.
