Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist at Midland, MI.

You will decide what, when, and where to supply for multiple production sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize availability and asset use. Responsibilities include creating time-phased schedules, optimizing regional/global sourcing, executing manufacturing agreements, and coordinating internal demand with production and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience as specified.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements.
• Determines regional or global sourcing rules.
• Executes external manufacturing agreements or existing agreements.
• Owns site/regional planning models for efficient information use.
• Coordinates internal demand and operations at the location.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures alignment with the plan.
• Collaborates with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners to handle unplanned events.
• Maintains production parameters and master data for planning.
