Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI, to design and manage time-phased supply schedules across multiple sites and production lines.

You will balance supply and demand, optimize asset use, and drive efficient planning processes with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or military equivalent) and 2+ years of related experience, with US work eligibility and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent (US E6)
• 2+ years relevant experience required
• US work eligibility with no visa sponsorship
• APICS Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet business needs
• Determine regional/global sourcing rules and manage external manufacturing
• Own and operate site or regional planning models for efficient planning
• Coordinate demand across internal utilities and Environmental operations
• Monitor inventory levels and address supply issues promptly
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and partners during unplanned events
• Maintain production parameters and master data for planning
• Support global supply chain initiatives with cross-functional input
