Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist based in Midland, MI. You will decide what, when, and where to supply for multiple production sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize availability and asset use.

The role requires leadership, strong collaboration, and a solid background in supply chain scheduling with SAP or similar tools. Relocation not offered; visa sponsorship not provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (US E6 or Canadian PO2) required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant supply chain planning experience.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship provided.

Mansioni

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term requirements while honoring plant constraints.
• Determine or execute regional/global sourcing rules.
• Implement external manufacturing agreements or manage existing ones.
• Own and operate site or regional planning models.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, or environmental operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and address slow-moving stock.
• Identify and resolve supply issues like capacity constraints or shortages.
• Lead collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners.
• Ensure correct maintenance of production parameters and master data.
• Support global supply chain initiatives across functions.
