Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI to decide what, when and where to supply across multiple sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize availability and asset use.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and partners, maintain planning models and master data, and address capacity constraints to meet the plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term business requirements.
• Determine and execute regional/global sourcing rules.
• Own site/regional planning models and maintain data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, and environmental operations locally.
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners to handle unplanned events.
