Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Staff Supply Chain Project Manager to own the supplier-facing program management across NPI, EOL, and O&M. This senior IC role bridges Engineering, Commodity Management, Supplier Quality, and external suppliers, shaping process and mentoring others.

You will lead transitions, create supply chain maps, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation while influencing cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain program management in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead complex, high-visibility programs with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier-facing program management for NPI, EOL, and O&M across programs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Suppliers on changes and timelines.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain maps and manage budgets and readiness.
• Mentor junior PMs and present to executives on program status and risks.
