Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Supply Chain/Program Manager to own the NPI supply chain strategy, ensure material readiness through prototypes and launches, and drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, deployment, and procurement teams.

You will develop plans to scale production for launches, build systems of accountability, and present data-driven reviews to top management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, and that align to the overall organizational and customer vision.
Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities.
Prepare and give detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on new product launches or transitions.
Drive strategic BOM reviews and qualifications with internal teams.
Own the supply chain strategy for your NPI program, and are responsible for material readiness during prototype and qualification, and developing a plan to scale production for launch.
