Qualifications

• Leadership of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Experience driving cost performance and supplier portfolio decisions.
• Experience in RF power, box assemblies, or CM outsourcing is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage programs from strategy to execution and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPI supply chain programs across multiple commodities.
• Oversee portfolio governance, risk & mitigation, milestones, and executive readouts.
• Drive supplier qualification, negotiations, and TCO optimization at the executive level.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sourcing, and operations.
