Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Program Manager to support Maritime Integrated Systems & Encryption in Camden, NJ. You will collaborate across IPTs and with the Supply Chain Director to develop robust supply chain strategies and ensure program execution through production and early design phases.

You will analyze KPIs, manage risks, and contribute to a governance framework, traveling up to 10% and potentially obtaining US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 6 years of relevant supply chain experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; without a degree, 10+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and IPT functions for key products/programs.
• Support SCPM with reporting and analysis.
• Assist in development and execution of supply chain strategies across the program lifecycle.
• Support Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status, EAC and ETC.
• Analyze KPIs and identify challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and manage supply chain risks & opportunities.
