Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Aerospace & Defense sector experience is required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain efforts for assigned pursuits, proposals and programs.
• Responsible for the Supply Chain labor and material cost, schedule, quality, and risk management of assigned programs.
• Understand/Report/Influence Supply Chain Program KPIs.
• Manage relationships with the program and Supply Chain cross-functional team.
• Drive program reviews on behalf of Supply Chain, including internal and customer reviews.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities; implement mitigation plans.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, contracts, and business development to achieve objectives.
• Assist in training of junior members and contribute to improvements.
• Represent as a Supply Chain leader in supplier reviews and internal management reviews.
