Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist in Supply Chain Management to lead the SC/MM function for complex programs, interfacing with IPTs, suppliers, and customers. You will shape strategies, plans, and processes to integrate supply chain into program management and serve as the primary SC contact for program activities.

The role demands strong knowledge of supply chain and project management, excellent communication, and leadership capabilities, with eligibility to obtain a US security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior supply chain experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior supply chain experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead integrated cross functional team(s) within assigned program(s).
• Support development and production proposals including affordability and supplier performance.
• Support negotiation of subcontracts and baseline program plans.
• Communicate within and outside the Supply Chain organization and lead presentations.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
