Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Program Manager in Camden, NJ to lead and optimize supply chain strategies across programs. You will collaborate with IPT and the Supply Chain Director to ensure program execution from production through design, contributing to risk and opportunity management throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 6+ years in supply chain with a degree, strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), and travel availability up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 6+ years in Supply Chain.
• 4–10 years’ experience with MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: CAM, SOW, capture experience, advanced degree, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Supply Chain and IPT functions for key products/programs.
• Support reporting and analysis for the Supply Chain Director.
• Develop and execute Supply Chain strategies across the program lifecycle.
• Assist Program Finance with quarterly status against AOP, Short-Term Forecast, EAC, ETC.
• Analyze KPIs and identify challenge areas.
• Develop and manage Supply Chain risks & opportunities.
• Collaborate on strategic supplier relationships and exec communications.
• Travel up to 10% and pursue US Secret Security Clearance.
