Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven governance, integrated planning and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with business, technology, process and organizational change.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the overall program management approach for the key initiative.
• Design governance processes, executive reporting, decision forums and escalation mechanisms.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
• Drive execution discipline with milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning to ensure alignment across business, tech and transformation teams.
