• Strong program leadership skills, including dependency management, risk management, change control, and performance measurement.


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.


• Experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or related business functions preferred.

What You Will Work On:

As our Supply Chain Program Manager, you will build and lead the program management offense. You will establish the governance, planning, reporting, and execution frameworks that enable teams to deliver against strategic objectives while providing leaders with visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions

• Establish and lead the overall program management approach for the key initiative


• Design and operate governance processes, executive reporting, decision forums, and escalation mechanisms. Ensure key decisions, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and milestones are tracked and governed effectively. Define program metrics and provide transparent reporting on transformation progress and performance.

Integrated Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple initiatives and workstreams.


• Drive execution discipline through structured planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.


• Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to ensure alignment across business, technology, and transformation teams.


• Maintain a single source of truth for program plans, milestones, actions, risks, and decisions.

You will join the Planning Capabilities team and report to the Senior Director, Planning Capabilities (TBC). In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Planning Capabilities, Supply Chain Planning Technology, and functional Business Owners and Sponsors to enable the successful execution of a key supply chain initiative. You will work across business, technology, and transformation teams to establish the governance, planning, and execution disciplines required to deliver a strategic enterprise initiative.
