Job summary

Implementation Engineers is seeking seasoned Senior Supply Chain Consultant to lead our delivery teams across client projects in the United States. You will drive structured change, align strategic objectives, and design roadmaps spanning 3 to 5 years to close performance gaps and realize measurable improvements.

Ideal candidates have extensive supply chain leadership experience, strong communication with C-level executives, and a track record of successful bottleneck resolution and data-driven

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of supply chain operations, plus an additional 5 years in complex manufacturing (e.g. fabrication + assembly).
• APICS certification a plus.
• SAP ERP strongly preferred.
• Prior consulting experience required (internal or external consulting).
• Experience with SQL, excellent data analysis and statistical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Engineering teams to guide clients through a structured deployment process.
• Capture/Clarify/Align strategic business objectives and create a 3–5 year deployment plan.
• Re-engineer supply chain support processes to achieve business results.
• Sustain improvements through system implementation, visual management and audits.
• Develop an internal management culture to sustain improvement initiatives at all levels.
