Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle, WA, is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Program Manager to own program-level supply chain performance, develop and execute strategies, and ensure on-time delivery while interfacing as the single-threaded liaison with the Program Management Office. You will analyze product structures, schedules, and risks, and drive improvements with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, and project management.

Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Program Management/Supply Chain Program Management focused on production operations.
• Master's degree with 5+ years in similar field is preferred.
• Superior communication, leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain performance for a Blue Origin program and drive on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute program-level supply chain strategies and material plans.
• Serve as the single-threaded interface with the Program Management Office to align goals, risk, and mitigations.
• Support EVMS, budgets, targets, working capital, and supplier management.
• Identify long lead items, analyze data to explain deviations, and implement improvements.
