Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or materials management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication across all levels of the company and global supply chain.
• Experience with SAP/JDE/Manugistics or similar manufacturing control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and scheduling for Electrophysiology.
• Develop and maintain IBP/S&OP processes with external partners.
• Collaborate with regional plan teams to forecast demand and align supply.
• Evaluate launch options and contingency plans for externally manufactured products.
• Improve external partner supply planning with master and detailed scheduling.
• Perform complex data analysis and use planning systems to drive decisions.
• Support inventory optimization and service level improvements.
