Johnson & Johnson's Surgical Robotics Supply Chain is recruiting a Plan Projects Lead for a full-time hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA, with in-office expectations 3+ days a week; Irvine, CA may be considered.

The role leads planning for NPI and LCM, optimizing MPS, planning parameters and safety stock, and supports IBP with updates in IBP forums; collaborates with R&D, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Procurement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning or Project Management.
Minimum 4 years in supply chain planning (supply, network, E2E, NPI).
Experience with ERP systems including system-based MRP planning.
Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication with leadership influence.

Responsibilities

Lead planning projects (NPI, Life-cycle Management) across programs and ensure scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables are aligned.
Develop analytical tools to support issue resolution, scenario planning, and decision making.
Coordinate with partners to set up end-to-end portfolio flow for MPS and component planning.
Provide Last time buy/build, SLOB analyses for smooth transition planning.
Maintain planning system parameters (phase in/phase out, safety stock).
Support IBP processes with updates in IBP forums and management reviews.
