Qualifications

12+ years end-to-end supply chain experience.

Proven IBP / S&OP maturity and enterprise-level decision making.
Ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Americas E2E supply chain strategy.
Own IBP and S&OP processes with forecasting and scenario planning.
Partner with Americas EP/NV Commercial leadership to support growth and launches.
Own regional service performance and customer experience.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
Develop a high-performing planning, value stream, and in-market organization.
