Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst for the Irvine, CA site within the Electrophysiology group. The role focuses on end-to-end planning, IBP/S&OP processes, and collaboration across a global network of manufacturers.

You will lead capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and external partner coordination, using advanced analytics and ERP systems to optimize service levels and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or Operations preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management, production planning, or materials management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrophysiology supply planning and scheduling processes.
• Aim to achieve target service levels while meeting inventory objectives.
• Prepare supply plans and production schedules for external and internal partners.
• Convert global demand into an attainable supply plan for products.
• Build IBP/S&OP packages and run supply review meetings.
• Collaborate with regional planning to rationalize supply and demand.
