You will forecast demand, manage planning data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align forecasts with business needs. The role emphasizes analytical forecasting, S&OP support, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Advanced degree holders with 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive demand forecast accuracy using analytics, statistical models, and BI tools.
• Own and optimize demand planning data, including history, baseline forecasts, and promos.
• Analyze demand trends and product performance to identify patterns and risk.
• Translate market insights into actionable forecasts by aligning inputs into planning systems.
• Develop and refine account-, customer-, and brand-specific forecasts for S&OP.
• Integrate drivers like replenishment, POS data, promotions, and capacity constraints.
• Lead cross-functional forecast reviews and align on key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting and data quality.
• Champion continuous improvement through technology, automation, and best practices.
