Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Staff Planner in San Diego to orchestrate complex pilot plant activities across R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will align schedules, resources, and materials to accelerate innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

You will influence strategic priorities, drive process improvements, and serve as a planning SME across the Innovation Center, communicating risks and tradeoffs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–12 years of related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing planning, pilot plant, or product development environments.
• Familiarity with ERP planning platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated production, development, and resource schedules for pilot manufacturing and related activities.
• Coordinate material readiness, inventory planning, and ensure availability of components for pilot plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, scheduling methodologies, and system utilization.
• Provide guidance on planning decisions and communicate schedule status to leadership and project teams.
