Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Flow Controller in the United States to manage end-to-end supply chain for projects, from procurement to delivery. You will collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to meet timelines, control costs, and ensure excellent customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Experience in project or solution environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Issue POs with documentation and track supplier commitments.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines and escalate issues.
• Define and track shipment schedules from procurement to delivery.
• Track procurement activities against project budget and costs.
• Identify and mitigate logistics risks with project teams.
• Optimize procurement and logistics workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure all procurement/logistics documents are complete and audit-ready.
• Provide updates on status, risks, and actions with stakeholders.
