Qualifications

• SAP experience highly desired.
• Strong communication and relationship management across departments and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
• Manage supplier contacts, networks and customer workflows.
• Record PO Acknowledgement and ASN in ERP and manage invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure stock availability by analyzing backorders and shortages.
• Coordinate open PO management and order scheduling.
• Manage UBOL, component shortages and ensure availability of components.
• Daily MRP messages (e.g., SAP MD07) escalation for issues.
• Support SIM cycle 2 and stock discrepancy analysis.
