Schneider Electric is seeking a Downstream Planning Leader in the United States to lead production planning and downstream operations, balancing demand and capacity while driving DRP scheduling and material flow from suppliers to customers. You will report to the Supply Chain Planning Manager and collaborate across operations, logistics, and planning to optimize service, inventory, and plant performance.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred, with ERP experience and APICS

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning within manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems.
• APICS Certification Preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and balance demand with capacity
• Drive Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and scheduling execution
• Coordinate material flow from suppliers through production to customers
• Ensure consistency in planning parameters and inventory policies
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate across operations, logistics, and planning
