Über Sie und diese Rolle

Aktuell bietet Dow im Rahmen eines Vertretungsfalls eine zunächst für zwei Jahre befristete Stelle als Senior Supply Chain Planner an. In dieser Position spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Koordination der Rohstoffversorgung für den Böhlener Cracker. Die bevorzugte Einsatzstelle ist Böhlen, alternativ ist auch eine Besetzung in Schkopau oder Leuna möglich.

In dieser Position analysieren Sie Produktlinien hinsichtlich Kapazitäten und potenzieller Engpässe und optimieren Lagerbestände. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Produktionsteam, verschiedenen Lieferanten und dem Vertriebs-Hub in Horgen, Schweiz, setzen Sie Ihre technischen Fähigkeiten, bewährte Methoden und Ihr persönliches Urteilsvermögen ein, um grundlegende Probleme zu bearbeiten und zu lösen. Ihre Effektivität wird entscheidend sein, um operative Herausforderungen zu lösen. Ihre Arbeit trägt maßgeblich zur Versorgungssicherheit, Kostenkontrolle und Einhaltung von Richtlinien bei.

Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem Management der Rohstoffe Naphtha und LPG aus unterschiedlichen Bezugsquellen. Sie minimieren Risiken wie hohe Liegezeitenkosten bei der Schiffsanlieferung am Marine Terminal sowie bei der Anlieferung per Güterwagen. Zudem koordinieren Sie die Versorgung über eine Pipeline als zweite Naphtha-Quelle.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Erstellenvon Produktions- und Lieferplänen zur Sicherstellung der Rohstoffverfügbarkeit
• Analysierender Produktlinien bezüglich Kapazitäten und Engpässen
• ÜberwachenundOptimierender Bestände
• Pflege und Auswerten von Planungs- und Bestandsdaten im SAP
• Eigenständige Lösung operativer Planungsherausforderungen

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, mit anschließender Weiterqualifizierung zum Techniker, Meister oder einem Fachhochschulabschluss
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
