We are seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to support multiple data center projects for a top technology client. This client-facing role involves complex planning and scheduling, including change management, scheduled maintenance, and multi-project resource management. Experience in data center construction scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client relationships and communicate effectively with technical and management personnel
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations
• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
• Collaborate with the client and contractors to develop work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS)
• Load schedules with resource and cost data
• Perform resource analyses to identify bottlenecks and strains
• Update and maintain schedules and reports regularly
• Coordinate schedule reviews with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure feasibility and compliance
• Report on schedule changes, delays, and accelerations
• Develop and implement earned value management systems (EVM)
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Conduct what-if and delay analyses
• Act as the primary communication link with clients regarding contracts and project progress
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• 12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, project management, or related field
• Fluency in English
• Expertise in construction and scheduling best practices
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (resource management, tracking, reporting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Experience with various reporting formats (critical path, resource histograms, forecasts)
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to interpret technical construction programs and communicate progress effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (dashboards, reporting)

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Master's in Construction Management
• Experience with Power BI
• Data center project experience
• Earned Value Management (EVM)
• PSP or PMI-SP certification
• Membership in PMI, AACEi, or similar organizations
