Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Consultant to lead strategic sourcing engagements and shape global supply strategies. You will drive category events, lead competitive sourcing initiatives, and support procurement transformations while traveling to client sites. A strong background in sourcing, analytics, and stakeholder management is required.

Our Sr. Consultants work mainly on client challenges, with travel 95% and on-site collaboration to drive measurable financial results.

Qualifications

Travel 95% of the time – Sunday through Thursday, more than 45 weeks a year (no flexibility on this).
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field required, or more than ten years of professional field experience.
More than three years of strategic sourcing experience – creating and executing category strategies independently, in industry or as a consultant.
Life skills: ability to influence stakeholders and present results to executives; self-starter with strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing engagements, shaping global supply strategies and category plans.
Drive competitive sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations through final recommendations.
Support procurement transformations, logistics, and operational excellence engagements.
Build out category sourcing strategies and present insights to executive leaders.
Collaborate with clients to optimize sourcing structures, policies, and processes.
