Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong expertise in D365 SCM core modules (Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse).
• Experience with advanced modules (Master planning, Production control, Asset management, Transportation, Quality).
• Experience gathering requirements and developing functional design documents.
• Experience supporting data conversions, integrations, and system customizations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of core and advanced D365 SCM modules.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding requirements through go-live support.
• Develop functional design documents for customizations and system enhancements.
• Conduct workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, BI teams, project managers to ensure successful delivery.
