Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse).
• Experience with advanced SCM modules (Master Planning, Production Control, Asset, Transportation, Quality).
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience gathering requirements and developing functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting system customizations, integrations, and data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules across Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
• Configure advanced SCM capabilities such as Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Quality Management.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Develop functional design docs for customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Lead client workshops and stakeholder discussions; mentor junior team members.
