Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant in Chicago to lead strategic sourcing engagements and shape global supply strategies. You will manage category events, develop performance analytics (Power BI), and drive bottom-line impact while traveling extensively to client sites.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in strategic sourcing, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a willingness to travel 95% of the time.

Qualifications

• Travel 95% of the time – Sunday through Thursday, more than 45 weeks a year (no flexibility on this)
• More than three (3) years of strategic sourcing experience – creating and executing category strategies independently
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field required, or more than ten (10) years of professional field experience

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of three to four category strategies through final negotiations and award recommendations
• Lead implementation of resulting supplier agreements
• Support client optimization of sourcing and procurement organizational structures, policies, processes, and management practices
• Collaborate with extended team to assess, design, and implement broader operational and supply chain transformation projects
