Job summary

Athena Club in New York is seeking a Senior Associate of Operations to join our Supply Chain team. You will assist in day-to-day activities to ensure products are in the right place at the right time, reporting to the Associate Director of Supply Chain.

Key tasks include PO management, coordinating shipments, and enhancing inventory controls while partnering with marketing and product teams on launches.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree with 1–3 years in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Experience at an omnichannel company (DTC + wholesale) preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate purchase order management and update internal systems.
• Coordinate shipments with external factories and track on-time production.
• Support inventory tracking and forecast management to avoid stock issues.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
