Job summary

Shiftsmart in New York City is seeking a Supply Associate to help manage partner supply, ensuring enough high-quality workers fill shifts while controlling costs. You will monitor markets, triage issues, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to implement data-driven improvements.

You'll build analytics in Google Sheets and SQL, analyze the worker funnel, and translate insights into actions that boost activation and retention across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role or fast-paced environment.
• Strong data-driven mindset with comfort using SQL for analysis.
• Ability to build and interpret analytics in Google Sheets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supply health across markets and identify root causes impacting the marketplace.
• Design and drive initiatives to improve worker supply, including campaigns and referrals.
• Triage end-to-end worker funnel bottlenecks to maintain a steady onboarding pipeline.
• Utilize data analytics tools to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions.
• Articulate hypotheses with data and propose data-backed solutions.
